Construction Health & Safety and the CDM Regulations
In a process as complicated as construction, accidents, incidents and near-misses can and do occur. However utilising Johnstons' CDM Co-ordinator Services, as required by the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 on all notifiable projects, will ensure that on your project, these are eliminated, reduced or controlled enabling you to comply with legislation, meet your Health & Safety Goals and maintain a safe and healthy construction site.

Health and Safety is an area of prime importance on any project from inception through design to construction, maintenance and eventual demolition or regeneration.

The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 impose a number of duties on clients, contractors and designers, on all projects.

Johnstons' qualified and registered CDM Co-ordinators will advise you on your responsibilities under the Regulations at every step in the way, from the earliest design stages to completion, including maintenance, alterations and any future development.

For further details of your responsibilities and duties imposed by the CDM Regulations 2007 please contact Gordon Clark or Alan Robinson.
