with a range of individual consultants.

route offers many advantages but can create problems in controlling
the standards of workmanship and materials used.

we will prepare a set of Employers Requirements which clearly
set down your needs in terms of accommodation, standards of materials
and workmanship, payment procedures and contractual matters. This
eliminates risk and provides a benchmark against which a number
of different tenders can be accessed and compared enabling you
to confidently select the most competitive tender.
The most
straightforward of schemes are often subject to change as site
work progresses and we will monitor any price adjustments or stage
payments and will manage the day to day liason with the contractor.
We undertake
to ensure that each project is expertly managed to fulfil all
our clients' needs at the most economical price.
